This page explains how users of the PlantDiag app can request deletion of their account and related data. Trang này hướng dẫn người dùng ứng dụng Cây Khoẻ cách yêu cầu xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan.

How to request account deletionCách yêu cầu xoá tài khoản

Send an email to thinhphanx@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Gửi email tới thinhphanx@gmail.com với tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản”.
Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the app, or clearly state the email / sign-in method (Google, Apple, Email) of the account to be deleted, so we can verify ownership.
Gửi từ chính địa chỉ email bạn dùng để đăng nhập ứng dụng, hoặc nêu rõ email/phương thức đăng nhập (Google, Apple, Email) của tài khoản cần xoá, để chúng tôi xác minh chủ tài khoản.
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, then notify you by email.
Chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận và hoàn tất xoá trong vòng 30 ngày, rồi thông báo lại cho bạn qua email.

Once the request is processed, we permanently delete: Khi yêu cầu được xử lý, chúng tôi xoá vĩnh viễn:

Your sign-in account (Google / Apple / Email on Firebase Authentication).
Tài khoản đăng nhập của bạn (Google / Apple / Email trên Firebase Authentication).
Your diagnosis history and the plant photos you uploaded.
Lịch sử chẩn đoán và ảnh cây bạn đã tải lên.
Your plant list, growth stages, and care reminders.
Danh sách cây, giai đoạn sinh trưởng và lịch nhắc chăm sóc.
Your AI scan credits (free quota and purchased extra scans).
Số lượt phân tích AI (hạn mức miễn phí và lượt đã mua thêm).

Data stored on your device (free version) is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data in your operating system settings. Dữ liệu lưu trên máy của bạn (bản miễn phí) sẽ bị xoá khi bạn gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng hoặc xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng trong phần cài đặt hệ điều hành.

For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons, records of Premium / extra-scan purchases may be kept in minimal form (without your plant data) for as long as the law requires, up to 5 years, after which they are deleted. Vì lý do pháp lý, kế toán và chống gian lận, hồ sơ giao dịch mua Premium / mua thêm lượt có thể được lưu ở dạng tối thiểu (không kèm dữ liệu cây của bạn) trong thời gian pháp luật yêu cầu, tối đa 5 năm, sau đó được xoá.

Note about subscriptions: Premium billing is managed by the App Store / Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel it in the App Store or Google Play to stop renewals. Lưu ý về gói đăng ký: việc thanh toán Premium do App Store / Google Play quản lý. Xoá tài khoản không tự động huỷ gói đăng ký — vui lòng huỷ đăng ký trong App Store hoặc Google Play để ngừng gia hạn.
